Contact pages are useful for usability and because they create a clear trust-oriented destination for support and communication topics. They also allow business and partnership addresses to exist on a separate indexable page.
This page can later include support workflow notes, response expectations, business contact categories and links to FAQ or payment-related help sections.
Even for a static project, having a dedicated contact URL is better than redirecting every query back to the homepage.
